Technology delivery partnerships

Additional delivery capacity.
Without additional complexity.

KRUQ supports software houses, digital agencies and product teams with white-label delivery, subcontracting and focused engineering capacity across web, custom software, integrations and AI automation.

01 Collaboration models

Four ways partners work with KRUQ.

Each model is agreed in writing before delivery starts, so responsibilities, scope and communication lines are clear on both sides.

01

White-label Delivery

Selected technical work delivered under the partner’s brand with discreet execution and structured handover.

02

Subcontracting

Clearly defined technical scopes delivered as part of a larger client engagement.

03

Dedicated Technical Capacity

Additional delivery support during periods of higher demand or limited internal capacity.

04

Project Delivery

Contained end-to-end project delivery from discovery and scope through implementation, testing and handover.

02 Capabilities

Engineering scopes we take on.

Capability areas are combined to match a partner’s gap — a single workstream, a defined module, or a complete delivery track.

  • Web Development

Marketing sites, portals and web applications built for performance, maintainability and measurable business outcomes.

  • Custom Software

Internal tools, platforms and business systems built around a partner’s existing operating model.

  • AI & Automation

Practical automation of repetitive processes and document, data and support workflows, scoped to a defined use case.

  • UX/UI & Frontend

Interface design and frontend implementation, including design-to-code work on existing systems.

  • API & Systems Integration

Connecting applications, third-party services and internal systems with documented, testable interfaces.

  • IT Consulting

Technical assessment, scoping and delivery planning ahead of implementation decisions.

03 How we work

Start small. Expand on evidence.

KRUQ prefers to begin with a small, clearly defined pilot rather than a broad commitment. A contained first scope lets both sides evaluate quality, communication and delivery pace on real work before cooperation is extended.

  1. 01

    Intro & Fit Check

A short conversation about the delivery gap, the technical context and whether KRUQ is the right fit.

  2. 02

    Pilot Scope

One contained scope with written deliverables, acceptance criteria and a realistic timeline.

  3. 03

    Controlled Delivery

Work delivered in agreed increments, with version control, review points and a single line of communication.

  4. 04

    Delivery Review

Joint review of the result, the process and anything that should change before the next scope.

  5. 05

    Long-Term Partnership

Cooperation extended step by step — recurring capacity, larger scopes or an ongoing delivery track.

04 Delivery principles

Predictable delivery is a process, not a promise.

These practices apply to every engagement, whatever the collaboration model. They exist so that partners can hand over work without adding management overhead.

  • Clear scope and responsibilities
  • Version-controlled delivery
  • Controlled releases
  • Written decisions
  • Structured handover
  • Transparent change management
  • Least-privilege access where applicable

05 Security & trust

Trust through verifiable practices.

Security, confidentiality, access and project-specific requirements are defined as part of the engagement rather than assumed. What applies to a given project — access scope, environments, data handling and confidentiality terms — is agreed in writing before delivery begins, and adjusted with the partner if the project changes.

Access
Accounts, repositories and environments are requested at the level the scope requires, and returned or revoked at handover.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality terms, including work delivered under a partner’s brand, are agreed before any project material is shared.
Project requirements
Partner or end-client requirements are reviewed up front and reflected in how the work is set up and delivered.

06 Partner FAQ

Questions partners ask first.

Can KRUQ work white-label?

Yes. Work can be delivered under the partner’s brand, with KRUQ staying out of direct end-client communication unless the partner asks otherwise. Documentation and handover material are prepared so the partner can present and maintain the result as their own.

Can KRUQ deliver only part of a larger project?

Yes. A defined module, workstream or technical scope inside a bigger engagement is a common starting point. Interfaces to the rest of the project, ownership boundaries and acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins.

Is a long-term commitment required?

No. Most cooperation starts with a single pilot scope. Extending into recurring capacity or a longer track is a decision made after that first delivery, based on how it went.

Can KRUQ work with our existing project tools and process?

Yes. KRUQ adapts to the partner’s repositories, issue tracker, branching model, review rules and reporting cadence. Where a partner has no established process for a scope, KRUQ proposes a lightweight one and confirms it in writing.

How are security and confidentiality handled?

They are defined per engagement. Confidentiality terms, access scope, environment separation and any partner or end-client requirements are agreed before delivery starts. Access is requested at the level the work needs and closed out at handover. Further detail is available in the KRUQ Trust Center.
